I have never made this BUT this a.m. I was reading a broccoli salad recipe and the gal had stated she could not find "this flavour/flavor of dressing on the grocery shelf lately, so I did what I thought might help....I googled! Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or chopped green onion
- 3/4 cup finely chopped "seeded" cucumber
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- - salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
How To Make homemade cucumber salad dressing

Step 1Finely chop chives or green onion.

Step 2Peel and seed cucumber

Step 3Finely chop cucumber to measure 3/4 cup.

Step 4Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream and chives or onion.

Step 5Add chopped cucumber.

Step 6Stir in milk as needed to thin mixture.

Step 7Add dill and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 8Chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
