    green curry paste (mussaman)
  • 1 c
    coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp
    peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 2 lb
    large raw prawns, shelled
  • ·
    chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

How to Make Green Curry Prawns

Step-by-Step

  1. In a nonstick skillet, mix curry paste, coconut milk, peanut butter and lime juice over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.
  3. Turn onto a platter and garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired.
