- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 pounds large raw prawns, shelled
- - chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
How To Make green curry prawns

Step 1In a nonstick skillet, mix curry paste, coconut milk, peanut butter and lime juice over medium heat until smooth.

Step 2Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.

Step 3Turn onto a platter and garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired.
