  • 2 tablespoons green curry paste (mussaman)
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 pounds large raw prawns, shelled
  • - chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

How To Make green curry prawns

  • Step 1
    In a nonstick skillet, mix curry paste, coconut milk, peanut butter and lime juice over medium heat until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.
  • Step 3
    Turn onto a platter and garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired.
