coconut milk, unsweetened
1 Tbsp
peanut butter
1 Tbsp
lime juice
2 lb
large raw prawns, shelled
chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

How to Make Green Curry Prawns


  • 1In a nonstick skillet, mix curry paste, coconut milk, peanut butter and lime juice over medium heat until smooth.
  • 2Add prawns and cook until pink and opaque.
  • 3Turn onto a platter and garnish with cilantro leaves, if desired.
