Ingredients
- 10 ounces albacore tuna filet , drained
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil mayo-
- - zest & juice of 1 lemon
- 3 slices pancetta, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons greek green olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon italian parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
- 2 teaspoons all purpose greek seasoning
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 15-18 - campari tomatoes, tops off and deseeded
