Ingredients
- 12 ounces large or jumbo shrimp, peeled, cleaned and dried
- pinch - sea salt + 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/3 cup spanish olive oil
- 4 - 5 cloves garlic, coarsely smashed
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- parsley, garnish, optional
- 3 lemon wedge, optional
How To Make garlic shrimp - spanish style

Step 1Season the prepared shrimp with salt and pepper on both sides and set aside until required.

Step 2Heat a large pan over medium heat until hot and add the oil, garlic and red pepper flakes to the hot pan, fry until the garlic starts to get golden brown.

Step 3Add the shrimp and fry until they are almost cooked ( 1 - 2 minutes) . Do not Overcook the shrimp.

Step 4Add the sherry and parsley to the pan and toss together. Taste and re-season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve with crusty bread.
