this recipe is my mother's. She has taught me so many things and this recipe is my favorite. you can fill these with anything and even season the biscuit dough or even put cheese on top. its endless.

Ingredients
- 1 package ground beef
- 5 dashes ground beef seasoning to taste
- 1 can canned buttermilk biscuits
- 1 can pam
- 2 - eggs beaten
How To Make empanadas

Step 1In a non stick pan cook and season ground beef.

Step 2Beat eggs and set aside.

Step 3Spray baking pan with Pam.

Step 4Open Biscuits and roll each one into a small ball. roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.

Step 5Place small amounts of cooked meat in the middle. fold top to bottom and use a fork to seal together.

Step 6Coat this with the beaten egg. place in the oven as directed on the can. repeat with the remaining biscuits.
