How to Make empanadas
- In a non stick pan cook and season ground beef.
- Beat eggs and set aside.
- Spray baking pan with Pam.
- Open Biscuits and roll each one into a small ball. roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.
- Place small amounts of cooked meat in the middle. fold top to bottom and use a fork to seal together.
- Coat this with the beaten egg. place in the oven as directed on the can. repeat with the remaining biscuits.
