this recipe is my mother's. She has taught me so many things and this recipe is my favorite. you can fill these with anything and even season the biscuit dough or even put cheese on top. its endless.

    ground beef
  • 5 dash(es)
    ground beef seasoning to taste
  • 1 can(s)
    canned buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 can(s)
  • 2
    eggs beaten

How to Make empanadas


  1. In a non stick pan cook and season ground beef.
  2. Beat eggs and set aside.
  3. Spray baking pan with Pam.
  4. Open Biscuits and roll each one into a small ball. roll them out into small circles using a rolling pin.
  5. Place small amounts of cooked meat in the middle. fold top to bottom and use a fork to seal together.
  6. Coat this with the beaten egg. place in the oven as directed on the can. repeat with the remaining biscuits.
