- 4 - roma tomatoes
- 1 - medium red onion
- 1-2 - avacado(s)
- 1-2 - jalapeno(s)-optional
- 1 pound cooked jumbo shrimp
- 2 - limes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Any - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make easy shrimp ceviche

Step 1This is too easy to make, simply dice up all of the ingredients (except the limes) into equal small dice and put in a bowl. Squeeze the limes over the diced ingredients and stir.

Step 2Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3Serve over tortillas, or with chips and enjoy!
