    roma tomatoes
  • 1
    medium red onion
  • 1-2
    avacado(s)
  • 1-2
    jalapeno(s)-optional
  • 1 lb
    cooked jumbo shrimp
  • 2
    limes
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro
  • Any
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Shrimp Ceviche

Step-by-Step

  1. This is too easy to make, simply dice up all of the ingredients (except the limes) into equal small dice and put in a bowl. Squeeze the limes over the diced ingredients and stir.
  2. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve over tortillas, or with chips and enjoy!
