This is a quick and easy appetizer that all are sure to enjoy! It is a family favorite and so healthy!

Ingredients

  • 4 - roma tomatoes
  • 1 - medium red onion
  • 1-2 - avacado(s)
  • 1-2 - jalapeno(s)-optional
  • 1 pound cooked jumbo shrimp
  • 2 - limes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • Any - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make easy shrimp ceviche

  • Step 1
    This is too easy to make, simply dice up all of the ingredients (except the limes) into equal small dice and put in a bowl. Squeeze the limes over the diced ingredients and stir.
  • Step 2
    Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serve over tortillas, or with chips and enjoy!
