Another super appetizer using one of our fave's SHRIMP! Actually great made a couple days before you require!

You can usually get two small balls or one large one - whichever you prefer.

I have also made a larger batch of this recipe and rolled into separate mini-balls!

Use your imagination - anything goes!

How to Make Drema's "Sassy Shrimp" Ball

Step-by-Step

  • 1In collander rinse frozen shrimp with cold water until thawed. Allow to drain well while preparing the reaminder of ingredients.
  • 2In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add shrimp into mixture and mix well.

Shape into ball(s) and roll in parsley flakes.
  • 3Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip: You may adjust the horseradish to your liking. This recipe contains mild amounts - so for my spicy family I add about 2 tab of horseradish!

    Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
