drema's "sassy shrimp" ball
(1 RATING)
Another super appetizer using one of our fave's SHRIMP! Actually great made a couple days before you require! You can usually get two small balls or one large one - whichever you prefer. I have also made a larger batch of this recipe and rolled into separate mini-balls! Use your imagination - anything goes!

How To Make drema's "sassy shrimp" ball
-
Step 1In collander rinse frozen shrimp with cold water until thawed. Allow to drain well while preparing the reaminder of ingredients.
-
Step 2In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add shrimp into mixture and mix well. Shape into ball(s) and roll in parsley flakes.
-
Step 3Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Tip: You may adjust the horseradish to your liking. This recipe contains mild amounts - so for my spicy family I add about 2 tab of horseradish! Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
