Another super appetizer using one of our fave's SHRIMP! Actually great made a couple days before you require!

You can usually get two small balls or one large one - whichever you prefer.

I have also made a larger batch of this recipe and rolled into separate mini-balls!

Use your imagination - anything goes!

How to Make Drema's "Sassy Shrimp" Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. In collander rinse frozen shrimp with cold water until thawed. Allow to drain well while preparing the reaminder of ingredients.
  2. In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add shrimp into mixture and mix well.

Shape into ball(s) and roll in parsley flakes.
  3. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip: You may adjust the horseradish to your liking. This recipe contains mild amounts - so for my spicy family I add about 2 tab of horseradish!

    Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
