we love seafood of all kinds so i was just expermeting with crab and came up with this

  • 6 large
    hard boiled eggs
  • 4 oz
    lump crab meat
  • 1/2 stick
  • 2 Tbsp
    mascarpone cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped fresh chives
  • small
    add salt and pepper t taste

How to Make Devilled Eggs with Crab


  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine the crabmeat, celery, mascarpone cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chives
  2. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Spoon the crab mixture into the egg halves. Place the filled eggs on a platter and serve.
