Crawfish is a food that fascinates me. I love it in all ways. Cold, hot and in salads, you name it.. Here is another cooking version that I came up with...

Ingredients

  • 1 package knorr cream of leeks soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise hellmans
  • 1/2 - miracle whip mayonnaise
  • 11/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups crawfish tails
  • 1/2 cup mild white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup asadero shredded

How To Make crawfish my way

  • Step 1
    In a bowl put soup mix, mayonnaise dressing and sour cream in stirring well. Add the crawfish. Mix well. Add cheese and mix.
  • Step 2
    When ready to serve, bake it at 450 degrees about 5-7-minutes.

    I serve it with toasted French bread that I slice diagonally .For some reasons it does give me a sense of enjoying me the bread for this special recipe...
