Crawfish is a food that fascinates me. I love it in all ways. Cold, hot and in salads, you name it..
Here is another cooking version that I came up with...

knorr cream of leeks soup
miracle whip mayonnaise
mild white cheddar cheese shredded
How To Make
In a bowl put soup mix, mayonnaise dressing and sour cream in stirring well. Add the crawfish. Mix well. Add cheese and mix.
When ready to serve, bake it at 450 degrees about 5-7-minutes.
I serve it with toasted French bread that I slice diagonally .For some reasons it does give me a sense of enjoying me the bread for this special recipe...
