Crawfish is a food that fascinates me. I love it in all ways. Cold, hot and in salads, you name it.. Here is another cooking version that I came up with...

Ingredients
- 1 package knorr cream of leeks soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise hellmans
- 1/2 - miracle whip mayonnaise
- 11/2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups crawfish tails
- 1/2 cup mild white cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup asadero shredded
How To Make crawfish my way

Step 1In a bowl put soup mix, mayonnaise dressing and sour cream in stirring well. Add the crawfish. Mix well. Add cheese and mix.

Step 2When ready to serve, bake it at 450 degrees about 5-7-minutes.

Step 3I serve it with toasted French bread that I slice diagonally .For some reasons it does give me a sense of enjoying me the bread for this special recipe...
