I love any thing sea food & easy. This is a easy & fun foodto make. Good on it own or in a meal. I love it & sodoes my family.
Ingredients

1 lblump crab meat
-
1egg, large
-
1/4 cmayonnaise
-
1/4 cbread crumbs
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 tspold bay seasoning
-
1/2 tspcoleman's english dry mustard
-
1tabasco sauce, dash
-
1 tspfresh pepper, gorund
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
·vegetable oil
How to Make Crabby Crab Cakes
- Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Then refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
- Form into balls size using a 1/3 cup measure to size.
- Gently roll the balls in the panko & refrigerate at least 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a heavy frying pan over low to medium heat. Carefully pan fry over medium heat for about 2-3 mins per side.
- Serve warm with a lemon slice & your favorite sacue.
