Ingredients
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1 - egg, large
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon coleman's english dry mustard
- 1 - tabasco sauce, dash
- 1 teaspoon fresh pepper, gorund
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- - vegetable oil
How To Make crabby crab cakes

Step 1Combine the first 10 ingredients in a large bowl & mix well. Then refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

Step 2Form into balls size using a 1/3 cup measure to size.

Step 3Gently roll the balls in the panko & refrigerate at least 30 mins.

Step 4Heat oil in a heavy frying pan over low to medium heat. Carefully pan fry over medium heat for about 2-3 mins per side.

Step 5Serve warm with a lemon slice & your favorite sacue.
