Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 12 ounces canned crabmeat drained
- 2 - scallions chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 - egg
- - salt and pepper
How To Make crab puffs

Step 1preheat oven to 400- line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Step 2in a bowl whisk the egg wit 1 tablespoon water

Step 3roll puff pastry and cut into 16 squares

Step 4in a bowl mix together crab, cream cheese, lemon juice, sal and pepper, garlic powder and 1 green onion.

Step 5fill each square with 2 tablespoons of filling. pinch 2 diagonal corners together.

Step 6brush each pastry with egg wash. place on cookie sheet.

Step 7bake 20 minutes
