    puff pastry thawed
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese
  • 12 oz
    canned crabmeat drained
  • 2
    scallions chopped
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make crab puffs


  1. preheat oven to 400- line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
  2. in a bowl whisk the egg wit 1 tablespoon water
  3. roll puff pastry and cut into 16 squares
  4. in a bowl mix together crab, cream cheese, lemon juice, sal and pepper, garlic powder and 1 green onion.
  5. fill each square with 2 tablespoons of filling.
    pinch 2 diagonal corners together.
  6. brush each pastry with egg wash. place on cookie sheet.
  7. bake 20 minutes
