Ingredients

1 c
fresh (or canned) lump crab meat, picked over well to remove any shell bits.
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1 Tbsp
chopped chives
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce

tabasco pepper sauce to taste

freshly ground pepper to taste

toast rounds

Step-By-Step

1Combine the crab meat with the mayonnaise, herbs and seasonings. Spread on rounds of toast. Broil until browned.
