fresh (or canned) lump crab meat, picked over well to remove any shell bits.
1/4 c
1 Tbsp
chopped parsley
1 Tbsp
chopped chives
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
tabasco pepper sauce to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
toast rounds

How to Make Crab Meat Canapes'


  • 1Combine the crab meat with the mayonnaise, herbs and seasonings. Spread on rounds of toast. Broil until browned.
    Makes 16 canapes
