  • 1 c
    fresh (or canned) lump crab meat, picked over well to remove any shell bits.
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped chives
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • -
    tabasco pepper sauce to taste
  • -
    freshly ground pepper to taste

    toast rounds

How to Make Crab Meat Canapes'


  1. Combine the crab meat with the mayonnaise, herbs and seasonings. Spread on rounds of toast. Broil until browned.
    Makes 16 canapes
