New England Crab Meat recipe, great for appetizers to serve, can use canned as well. Makes 16 canapes'

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh (or canned) lump crab meat, picked over well to remove any shell bits.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • - - tabasco pepper sauce to taste
  • - - freshly ground pepper to taste
  • - - toast rounds

How To Make crab meat canapes'

  • Step 1
    Combine the crab meat with the mayonnaise, herbs and seasonings. Spread on rounds of toast. Broil until browned. Makes 16 canapes
