Had Crab Bread in a restaurant and went home to make up my own recipe. This is what I cam up with.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons white wine
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- - salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- - paprika
- 1 - french baguette, sliced lengthwise
- - marinara sauce, for serving
How To Make crab bread

Step 1Sauté garlic in butter. Add wine and reduce. Add cream cheese, Worcester sauce, Dijon, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.

Step 2Add crab, mixing gently to keep from breaking up the crab. Spread mixture on baguette halves. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice into 1 inch slices and serve with Marinara sauce. Serves 6.
