Blue Ribbon Recipe

We fell in love with these easy-to-make crab balls. Super moist and tasty, they are similar to a crab cake in flavor and texture, but rolled and baked instead of flattened and fried. Add a squirt of fresh lemon juice and melted butter and you have a lovely appetizer or entree.
