cheese pops
This is another of Land O'Lakes photo-recipes. I just love this recipe as it is so versatile- you can make these using your own cheese ball of cheese log recipe - just make it into little "cheese pops." These are so cute and your guests will love them. Get the kids in on this project. --- Note: You can use other spreads mixed in the cheese- like tuna, or cooked chicken,or cooked veggies....

Ingredients
- 3 ounces pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup land o'lakes deli american cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- 18 - thin pretzel sticks
How To Make cheese pops

Step 1Beat cream cheese and milk in small bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Add cheese and green onions. Continue beating until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Shape in 1-inch balls, roll in nuts or parsley. When ready to serve , place pretzel stick in each ball.(otherwise they will get soft in fridge.)
