Ingredients
- 1-2 LB medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 2 liters tomatoes, diced
- 5 - limes
- 1/2 - lemon
- 1/2 - orange
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
How To Make ceviche

Step 1Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 4 cloves of garlic. Juice the Lime, Lemon and Orange and set aside.

Step 2Cut shrimp into 3 pieces Add the shrimp to the boiling water, cook 30 seconds. Dice the cucumber, onion and tomato. Place in a bowl.

Step 3Drain shrimp and add to the veggies. Add the Lime,Lemon and Orange juice to the bowl. Stir to combine. Add chopped cilantro and mix well. Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Step 4on the side, serve with Avocado, Tapatio and chips
