How to Make Ceviche
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 4 cloves of garlic.
Juice the Lime, Lemon and Orange and set aside.
- Cut shrimp into 3 pieces
Add the shrimp to the boiling water, cook 30 seconds.
Dice the cucumber, onion and tomato. Place in a bowl.
- Drain shrimp and add to the veggies.
Add the Lime,Lemon and Orange juice to the bowl.
Stir to combine.
Add chopped cilantro and mix well.
Cover and refridgerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- on the side, serve with Avocado, Tapatio and chips
