    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    zest of 1 lemon, reserve some to top dip
  • 1 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    feiny’s chesapeake bay rub
  • 1/2 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp
    capers, rinsed & drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    scallions, finely chopped
  • 5 oz
    bourbon hot smoked salmon, chopped

How to Make Bourbon Smoked Salmon Dip


  1. Cream the cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the yogurt, sriracha, lemon zest, horseradish, Chesapeake Bay Rub, pepper flakes, capers, parsley and scallions, mix well. Fold in smoked salmon and mix well. Chill and serve with croustade, crackers, toast points, or crudités.
