8 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cgreek yogurt

1 tspsriracha
-
·zest of 1 lemon, reserve some to top dip

1 tspprepared horseradish

1 tspfeiny’s chesapeake bay rub

1/2 tspred pepper flakes

2 tspcapers, rinsed & drained

2 Tbspitalian parsley, finely chopped

1 Tbspscallions, finely chopped

5 ozbourbon hot smoked salmon, chopped
How to Make Bourbon Smoked Salmon Dip
- Cream the cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the yogurt, sriracha, lemon zest, horseradish, Chesapeake Bay Rub, pepper flakes, capers, parsley and scallions, mix well. Fold in smoked salmon and mix well. Chill and serve with croustade, crackers, toast points, or crudités.
