    new zealand mussels, thawed & cleaned
  • 3
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 small
    lemon zest, grated
  • 2 oz
    cotija cheese
  • 2 stalk(s)
    chive blossoms, chopped

How to Make Bombdiggidy Baked Mussels


  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees F
  2. Add garlic and butter to microwaveable dish, melt butter
  3. Combine mayo, sriracha, miso and lemon zest in a small mixing bowl.
  4. Place mussels on foiled-lined cooking sheet; spoon butter/garlic mixture over mussels followed by mayo/sriracha mixture. Top with cotija and chives.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove shells carefully, they are hot. Enjoy!
