Ingredients
- 12 - new zealand mussels, thawed & cleaned
- 3 - garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 2 teaspoons miso
- 1 small lemon zest, grated
- 2 ounces cotija cheese
- 2 stalks chive blossoms, chopped
How To Make bombdiggidy baked mussels

Step 1Preheat oven to 420 degrees F

Step 2Add garlic and butter to microwaveable dish, melt butter

Step 3Combine mayo, sriracha, miso and lemon zest in a small mixing bowl.

Step 4Place mussels on foiled-lined cooking sheet; spoon butter/garlic mixture over mussels followed by mayo/sriracha mixture. Top with cotija and chives.

Step 5Bake for 10 minutes. Remove shells carefully, they are hot. Enjoy!
