Ingredients

new zealand mussels, thawed & cleaned

garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp
butter, unsalted
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
sriracha
2 tsp
miso
1 small
lemon zest, grated
2 oz
cotija cheese
2 stalk(s)
chive blossoms, chopped

How to Make Bombdiggidy Baked Mussels

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 420 degrees F
  • 2Add garlic and butter to microwaveable dish, melt butter
  • 3Combine mayo, sriracha, miso and lemon zest in a small mixing bowl.
  • 4Place mussels on foiled-lined cooking sheet; spoon butter/garlic mixture over mussels followed by mayo/sriracha mixture. Top with cotija and chives.
  • 5Bake for 10 minutes. Remove shells carefully, they are hot. Enjoy!
