Ingredients

  • 8 - finger rolls
  • 1 1/2 cups crabmeat, fresh
  • 1 1/2 cups celery diced.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • - a dash of salt and pepper
  • - a dash or 2 of hot sauce.
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing,i used ranch.
  • 1 small onion, diced

How To Make bob w's crab meat rolls

  • Step 1
    Make a lengthwise cut in each finger roll and spread a part. Remove soft part of rolls.
  • Step 2
    In a large mixing bowl mix crab meat, garlic, eggs, celery, hot sauce, salt and pepper, onion, and salad dressing. Mix together very well.
  • Step 3
    Fill the centers of each finger roll and serve on lettuce leaves.
