Ingredients
- 8 - finger rolls
- 1 1/2 cups crabmeat, fresh
- 1 1/2 cups celery diced.
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- - a dash of salt and pepper
- - a dash or 2 of hot sauce.
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup salad dressing,i used ranch.
- 1 small onion, diced
How To Make bob w's crab meat rolls

Step 1Make a lengthwise cut in each finger roll and spread a part. Remove soft part of rolls.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl mix crab meat, garlic, eggs, celery, hot sauce, salt and pepper, onion, and salad dressing. Mix together very well.

Step 3Fill the centers of each finger roll and serve on lettuce leaves.
