Ingredients
- 30 - large gulf shrimp,bigger is better.
- 1 jar horseradish,coarse
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1 jar jack daniels bbq sauce.
- 2 pounds maple,bacon
How To Make bbq bacon-wrapped stuffed shrimp

Step 1Peel and de-vein shrimp. Soak round toothpicks in water. split shrimp down the outside, careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 2Combine cheeses in a small bowl. stuff split with horseradish,then cheese. Wrap shrimp with bacon and secure with toothpick.

Step 3Grill and baste with BBQ sauce until bacon is cooked,on med heat. Do not over cook. "DELICIOUS"
