Addictive Shrimp & Celery Appetizer

When I lived in San Jose, CA, I used to go to a great local fish and chips place. While waiting for my order, I usually treated myself to their only 'appetizer', a little foam container stuffed with chopped shrimp and celery, bound together with mayonnaise. So simple, but surprisingly addictive!
I don't get back to San Jose very often now, so I decided to come up with my own version.
Maybe it is just me, but I actually crave this sometimes!
