I got this recipe from a magazine, " Woman's World." It may be healthy, but they are deliciously wonderful! Calories: 175 Fat: 2 grams Carbs: 14 grams

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fiber one original bran cereal
  • 14 - pringles light-fat-free bbq potato crisps
  • dash - onion powder
  • dash - garlic powder
  • dash - cayenne pepper
  • dash - each salt and pepper
  • 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 10 nuggets.
  • 3 tablespoons franks redhot original cayenne pepper sauce

How To Make wonderfully healthy buffalo wings.

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In blender, grind cereal to breadcrumb consistency. Transfer crumbs to small bowl. Crush potato crisps completely and add to bowl w/ cereal.
  • Step 3
    Add spices to bowl and mix well. Place chicken "nuggets" in another bowl. Cover chicken w/ franks hot sauce and toss to coat. Coat each nugget in cereal/potato crisp mix. Lay nuggets on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, flip over and bake another 10 mins. Great served w/ a light blue cheese dressing.
