1Heat oven to 375. Spray a lg baking sheet w/ cooking spray.
2In blender, grind cereal to breadcrumb consistency. Transfer crumbs to small bowl. Crush potato crisps completely and add to bowl w/ cereal.
3Add spices to bowl and mix well. Place chicken "nuggets" in another bowl. Cover chicken w/ franks hot sauce and toss to coat. Coat each nugget in cereal/potato crisp mix. Lay nuggets on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, flip over and bake another 10 mins. Great served w/ a light blue cheese dressing.
