Snack Essentials: Baked Chicken Skins

You go shopping for chicken, and there is a sale on skin-on chicken thighs, so you purchase a bunch; however, the recipe you have calls for skinless thighs. So, you strip off the skin, and throw it away… don’t do that.
Stick it in the freezer, and when you have a bit of time, make some yummy baked chicken skins.
This recipe is totally easy/peasy.
So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
·the skin from the breast or thighs of a fresh chicken
·salt, kosher variety
·black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
·olive oil, extra virgin
·a good dipping sauce, like honey, or good mustard
