Sausage & cheese tarts
Ingredients

1 lbground pork or turkey sausage, i used turkey.

1-1/4 creduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese

1-1/4 creduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese

18 oz bottle lite ranch dressing

14-1/2 oz can chopped ripe olives, drained

1 tspred pepper flakes

52.1 oz pkgs frozen mini phyllo tart shells, thawed
How to Make Sausage & cheese tarts
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook sausage until no loger pink.
- In lg bowl, combine sausage, cheeses and next 3 ingredients, mix well.
- Fill each tart shell w/ a heaping tsp of filling. Place shells on lg baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min, or until cheese melts.
