These are tssty little holiday appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork or turkey sausage, i used turkey.
  • 1-1/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1-1/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 - 8 oz bottle lite ranch dressing
  • 1 - 4-1/2 oz can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 5 - 2.1 oz pkgs frozen mini phyllo tart shells, thawed

How To Make sausage & cheese tarts

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook sausage until no loger pink.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, combine sausage, cheeses and next 3 ingredients, mix well.
  • Step 3
    Fill each tart shell w/ a heaping tsp of filling. Place shells on lg baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min, or until cheese melts.
