Ingredients

1 lb
ground pork or turkey sausage, i used turkey.
1-1/4 c
reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese
1-1/4 c
reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1
8 oz bottle lite ranch dressing
1
4-1/2 oz can chopped ripe olives, drained
1 tsp
red pepper flakes

2.1 oz pkgs frozen mini phyllo tart shells, thawed

How to Make Sausage & cheese tarts

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook sausage until no loger pink.
  • 2In lg bowl, combine sausage, cheeses and next 3 ingredients, mix well.
  • 3Fill each tart shell w/ a heaping tsp of filling. Place shells on lg baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min, or until cheese melts.
