Ingredients For sausage & cheese tarts

  • 1 lb
    ground pork or turkey sausage, i used turkey.
  • 1-1/4 c
    reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1-1/4 c
    reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1
    8 oz bottle lite ranch dressing
  • 1
    4-1/2 oz can chopped ripe olives, drained
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 5
    2.1 oz pkgs frozen mini phyllo tart shells, thawed

How To Make sausage & cheese tarts

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Cook sausage until no loger pink.
  • 2
    In lg bowl, combine sausage, cheeses and next 3 ingredients, mix well.

    Fill each tart shell w/ a heaping tsp of filling. Place shells on lg baking sheet. Bake 8-10 min, or until cheese melts.
