Ingredients

hard boiled eggs
1/2 c
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
yellow mustard
bits of black olives for eyes
bits of carrot for beaks

How to Make Nonna Rosa's Easter (Deviled) Eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.
  • 2Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs.

    Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.
  • 3Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak.

    Replace cap for hatching eggs look.


    Serve cold.
