Ingredients

  • 12 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • - bits of black olives for eyes
  • - bits of carrot for beaks

How To Make nonna rosa's easter (deviled) eggs

  • Step 1
    Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.
  • Step 2
    Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs. Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.
  • Step 3
    Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak. Replace cap for hatching eggs look. Serve cold.
