How to Make Nonna Rosa's Easter (Deviled) Eggs
- Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.
- Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs.
Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.
- Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak.
Replace cap for hatching eggs look.
