How to Make Nonna Rosa's Easter (Deviled) Eggs


  1. Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.
  2. Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs.

    Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.
  3. Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak.

    Replace cap for hatching eggs look.

    Serve cold.
