Ingredients
- 12 - hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
- - bits of black olives for eyes
- - bits of carrot for beaks
How To Make nonna rosa's easter (deviled) eggs

Step 1Slice tops from boiled eggs (small end) and reserve.

Step 2Mix egg yellows and ingredients as you would prepare deviled eggs. Stuff mixture back in hollow egg white shells. Overfill.

Step 3Decorate each with bits of black olive for eyes and beak. Replace cap for hatching eggs look. Serve cold.
