mom's savory stuffing
This stuffing is so good. My Mom taught me how to make it and I have actually had people ask me to make it and they would pay me. I had two make two pans most holidays for everyone to take some home.

Ingredients
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup celery
- 1 1/2 cups turkey giblets
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 pint turkey broth
- 2 bags pepperidge farms seasoned stuffing crumbs
How To Make mom's savory stuffing

Step 1cook onions and celery until tender

Step 2melt butter

Step 3cook turkey giblets until done, and cut up in small pieces.

Step 4In a big mixing bowl combine the Pepperidge farms seasoned stuffing crumbs, add the onion and celery, add the giblets, add butter, and start pouring in the turkey broth. Start stirring and pour in enough turkey broth until your stuffing is moist, Keep stirring until your stuffing is moist and everything is mixed together good, use the broth to your discretion on how moist you like your stuffing you don't want it too thin or watery. Don't put your stuffing inside the turkey, in a well greased pan pour your stuffing in and cook until brown. Usually 30 to 45 minutes. The key to good stuffing is the savory turkey broth and making sure your vegetable are tender. Enjoy!
