kicking cajun meatballs

Spicy cajun mini meatballs are a great appetizer! I made them w/ ground turkey to make it healthier, but you can use ground beef.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1-1/2 teaspoon bottled hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons cajun seasonings
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup 1% milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup favorite bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup low-sugar peach preserves
How To Make kicking cajun meatballs

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg, rimmed cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together ground turkey, hot pepper sauce, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, breadcrumbs, milk and egg. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2Form the mix into golfball-size meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake 30 min, or until no longer pink inside.

Step 3In small bowl, combine w/ a whisk, the BBQ sauce and preserves. Place meatballs in a lg serving dish, pour sauce over meatballs and toss to coat. Serve w/ toothpicks.
