Spicy cajun mini meatballs are a great appetizer! I made them w/ ground turkey to make it healthier, but you can use ground beef.

ground turkey breast
1-1/2 tsp
bottled hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp
cajun seasonings
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
1/4 c
finely chopped onion
1/4 c
1/4 c
1% milk
1 large
1/2 c
favorite bbq sauce
1/2 c
low-sugar peach preserves

How to Make Kicking Cajun meatballs


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg, rimmed cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together ground turkey, hot pepper sauce, cajun seasoning, worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, breadcrumbs, milk and egg. Mix thoroughly.
  • 2Form the mix into golfball-size meatballs. Place meatballs on baking sheet. Bake 30 min, or until no longer pink inside.
  • 3In small bowl, combine w/ a whisk, the BBQ sauce and preserves. Place meatballs in a lg serving dish, pour sauce over meatballs and toss to coat. Serve w/ toothpicks.
