Made this one for years even liver haters like it. My sister being one. When I was a medic in Atlanta and I would bring this for lunch there was a straw drawing to see who got to be my partner that day. All the guys liked it. Forget milkshakes my chopped liver brought all the boys to the yard.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 4 chopped hard boiled eggs
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
How To Make its chopped liver

Step 1Cook bacon remove from pan save grease

Step 2Add chicken liver to bacon grease and cook until done through

Step 3Mash livers in bowl with fork its ok to have a few small chunks

Step 4Add mayonnaise chopped onion, egg and crumbled bacon to liver and mix well. If you like it a bit thinner you can add a bit more mayo

Step 5Serve with your favorite crackers
