How to Make Brian's Crispy "Fried" Chicken Wings in da OVEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 250. Put chicken wings in large mixing bowl. Mix wings with oil & seasoning then sprinkle baking power and mix well. Place on rack on top of baking pan
  2. After 20 minutes raise temp to 425 and bake for 30 - 40 minutes more until crispy.
  3. Remove from oven, let sit for 5 minutes - enjoy the way you like them.
