1/2 crice, cooked, cooled

2yaki sushi nori (roasted seaweed)

2 slicetakuan dikon (pickled radish colored yellow)

1/8 tspsalt
How to Make Yellow Dikon Wrap
- First place both nori shiny side down. Then sprinkle water over both to mositen.
- Next scoop the rice in the middle of each nori. Shape into a square. Pressing to make even.
- Next slice each dikon piece into 3 slices. Place 3 slices over each rice square.
- Then lightly wet the end of each nori with water. Then starting at the other end roll up & over the rice tighly. Frimly press over the wet edge to seal.
