I got the original recipe from a friend and modified it by adding the refried beans.

Ingredients

16 ounces sour cream
2 boxes cream cheese, softened
1 package taco bell taco seasoning
1 can reduced fat refried beans
1 package cheddar jack cheese, shredded
1 - tomato, diced (optional)

How To Make taco and bean dip

Step 1

In a large bowl mix sour cream and cream cheese together with mixer. Once mixed together, add in taco bell taco seasoning and mix with mixer

Step 2

On serving plate, spread out refried beans in an even layer. Then top with the cream cheese/sour cream mix, spreading evenly. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and then the tomato if using
Step 3

Serve with tortilla chips
