Ingredients

  • 2 - avocados, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon green tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 2 - green onions, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • - tortilla chips

How To Make sweet-and-spicy guacamole

  • Step 1
    With a spoon, scoop out avocado flesh into bowl, add Tabasco sauce and salt. With fork mash avocado. Stir in pineapple, green chilies with liquid, green onions, red onion and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 6-8 servings.
