Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - lb. pecans
How To Make sugar toasted pecans

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Melt butter on cookie sheet in oven.

Step 2Beat egg whites til stiff. Add pecans to egg whites and toss until coated. In a small bowl stir together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 3Add pecans and toss. Spread pecans in roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring very 15 minutes.

Step 4Spread on wax paper to cool and dry.
