Suffed Mushrooms with mozzarella cheese

How to Make Suffed Mushrooms with mozzarella cheese
- Perheat oven to 400 twist off mushroom stems, place mushrooms caps ,stem side up,on ungreased baking sheet.
- Combine pesto, Parmesan cheese ,red peppers, breadcrubs,and pie nuts in small bowl. stir until well blended.
- Fill mushrooms caps with pesto mixture, Spainkle with mozzarella cheese .Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is hot and cheeses is melted.Serve immediately.
