Makes 12 Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 12 - medium mushroom
- 2/3 cup perpared basil pesto
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, seasoned
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make suffed mushrooms with mozzarella cheese

Step 1Perheat oven to 400 twist off mushroom stems, place mushrooms caps ,stem side up,on ungreased baking sheet.

Step 2Combine pesto, Parmesan cheese ,red peppers, breadcrubs,and pie nuts in small bowl. stir until well blended.

Step 3Fill mushrooms caps with pesto mixture, Spainkle with mozzarella cheese .Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is hot and cheeses is melted.Serve immediately.
