    medium mushroom
  • 2/3 c
    perpared basil pesto
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    chopped roasted red peppers
  • 3 Tbsp
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 3 Tbsp
    pine nuts
  • 1/4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Suffed Mushrooms with mozzarella cheese


  1. Perheat oven to 400 twist off mushroom stems, place mushrooms caps ,stem side up,on ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Combine pesto, Parmesan cheese ,red peppers, breadcrubs,and pie nuts in small bowl. stir until well blended.
  3. Fill mushrooms caps with pesto mixture, Spainkle with mozzarella cheese .Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is hot and cheeses is melted.Serve immediately.
