perpared basil pesto
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c
chopped roasted red peppers
3 Tbsp
bread crumbs, seasoned
3 Tbsp
pine nuts
1/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make Suffed Mushrooms with mozzarella cheese


  • 1Perheat oven to 400 twist off mushroom stems, place mushrooms caps ,stem side up,on ungreased baking sheet.
  • 2Combine pesto, Parmesan cheese ,red peppers, breadcrubs,and pie nuts in small bowl. stir until well blended.
  • 3Fill mushrooms caps with pesto mixture, Spainkle with mozzarella cheese .Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is hot and cheeses is melted.Serve immediately.
