These are so good .We love mushrooms.

Ingredients

  • 12 - medium mushroom
  • 2/3 cup perpared basil pesto
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How To Make suffed mushrooms with mozzarella cheese

  • Step 1
    Perheat oven to 400 twist off mushroom stems, place mushrooms caps ,stem side up,on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Step 2
    Combine pesto, Parmesan cheese ,red peppers, breadcrubs,and pie nuts in small bowl. stir until well blended.
  • Step 3
    Fill mushrooms caps with pesto mixture, Spainkle with mozzarella cheese .Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until filling is hot and cheeses is melted.Serve immediately.
