Ingredients
- 24 large, pitted, green olives
- 24 marcona almonds
- 300 grams feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
How To Make stuffed olives

Step 1Drain the olives on paper towel and set aside until needed.

Step 2Crumble the feta cheese into a small bowl, add the onions, garlic, black pepper and olive oil, mix until a paste forms.

Step 3Fill the olive with the paste leaving enough room for 1 almond.

Step 4Put the uncovered olives on a plate and leave at room temperature for 12 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the filling to set. Enjoy!
