Ingredients

  • 6oz jars lg grape leaves
  • 1tbs. - olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup sliced chopped almonds
  • 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1/2tsp teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley & mint
  • 1/2 medium fresh lemon squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons frsh dill

How To Make stuffed grape leaves

  • Step 1
    Heat 1 TBS. olive oil & saute onion & rice until onions are soft. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth & cook until broth is absorbed...15-20 min. Stir in lemon juice & set aside to cool. Mix in rest of ingredients. Add 1 TBS. to each grape leaf and roll. These can be refrigerated overnight
