Makes about 18 large grape leaves

lg grape leaves
olive oil, extra virgin
1 medium
yellow onion
1 c
thinly sliced green onion
1/3 c
sliced chopped almonds
3/4 c
uncooked long-grain rice
1/2tsp tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
4 oz
crumbled feta cheese
3 Tbsp
chopped fresh parsley & mint
1/2 medium
fresh lemon squeezed
2 Tbsp
frsh dill

How to Make Stuffed Grape Leaves


  • 1Heat 1 TBS. olive oil & saute onion & rice until onions are soft. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth & cook until broth is absorbed...15-20 min. Stir in lemon juice & set aside to cool. Mix in rest of ingredients. Add 1 TBS. to each grape leaf and roll. These can be refrigerated overnight
