Makes about 18 large grape leaves
Ingredients
- 6oz jars lg grape leaves
- 1tbs. - olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 1/3 cup sliced chopped almonds
- 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1/2tsp teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley & mint
- 1/2 medium fresh lemon squeezed
- 2 tablespoons frsh dill
How To Make stuffed grape leaves

Step 1Heat 1 TBS. olive oil & saute onion & rice until onions are soft. Add 1 1/2 cups chicken broth & cook until broth is absorbed...15-20 min. Stir in lemon juice & set aside to cool. Mix in rest of ingredients. Add 1 TBS. to each grape leaf and roll. These can be refrigerated overnight
