This is an unusual - and delicious - play on traditional salsa. It would be perfect for your next party... and is sure to get people talking!
Bonnie suggests refrigerating it overnight to let the flavors meld, but the Kitchen Crew and I couldn't bring ourselves to stop munching on it long enough to do that!

How to Make South Georgia "Caviar"
- IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS AND STIR GENTLY TO COMBINE. REFRIGERATE MIXTURE OVERNIGHT. SERVE WITH CORN CHIPS.
