Ingredients
- 2 large roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 4 large green onions, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz.) refried beans
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1 package (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 3 cups guacamole
- 2 cups chunky medium salsa
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives, or more to taste
How To Make six layer chip dip

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix together tomato and green onion; set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl, blend taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture onto a large serving bowl.

Step 3Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans. Top the layers with homemade guacamole then add a layer of salsa. Sprinkle cheese over top and finish with the tomato mixture. Garnish with black olives.

Step 4Note: Substitute tomato mixture with Ro*Tel. Substitute salsa with fresh homemade Pico (tomato/onion/cilantro/lime)
