- After hard boiled eggs have been peeled and chilled, cut in half lengthwise. Arrange egg whites on a platter and put yolks in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and sugar to the egg yolks and beat until smooth. If mixture seems dry, you may add a little bit more mayonnaise.
- Spoon egg yolk mixture into the egg white halves. If you'd like, you may spoon mixture into an icing decorator bag and use a large star tip. Pipe yolk mixture into the eggs. Garnish with paprika and raw veggies of your choice. Chill thoroughly before serving.
