Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon sweet white onion, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons black olives, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons roasted red pepper, drained, dried, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 - 2 pinches fine sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
How To Make savory pinwheels

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Unfold the puff pastry and gently spread the pastry with your prepared mixture; after you have done that then gently but firmly, roll it up.

Step 4Using a very sharp knife, cut into 16 even slices.

Step 5Place the slices on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Step 6Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until they are puffed up and golden on the edges.

Step 7Cool on cookie sheet on a wire rack for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
