- 3 tablespoons miracle whip®
- 1 tablespoon light sour cream
- 4 ounces light cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon red onions, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 3 ounces smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- 1 ounce smoked salmon, finely chopped, for garnish
- 3-4 dashes hot sauce, such as cholula®
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
How To Make sausalito smoked salmon dip

Step 1In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, capers, red onion, lemon juice, horseradish, and 2 oz. smoked salmon; process until smooth, about 20 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining 2 oz. smoked salmon. Transfer smoked salmon mixture into a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley or dill. Serve with bagel chips.
