rye boat chipped beef dip
One of my mom's favorite dips that she used on her Christmas Eve buffet. You can put this in a hollowed out rye bread, or just serve with assorted crackers or raw veggies. It's addictive!

Ingredients
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 small jars dried chipped beef, chopped fine
- 1 to 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 to 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon or more worchestershire sauce

Step 1Dice the beef and onion.

Step 2With an electric mixer mix the sour cream and mayo well, add everything else.

Step 3Cover and chill.

Step 4This is especially nice in a round of pumpernickle or Rye bread, but crackers and raw veggies are good go withs as welll.
