ripe pears, peeled, cored & diced

How to Make ROSE PETAL SOUP
1Melt in butter in a large saucepan. Add the pears and saute tossing often, until golden on all sides.
2Add the sugar, ginger, salt/pepper, and stir to combine. Add the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 mins. to melt the flvours.
3Transfer the broth mixture to a blender and add tthe top toasted almonds, half & half, and 1/4 cup of rose petals. Puree the soup until smooth.
4Chill the soup throughly before serving. Garnish with the remaining rose petals.
