Ingredients

  • 1 3//4 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 ounces 8 oz each pkgs cream cheese at room temperature
  • 16 ounces can pureed pumpkin
  • 3 - eggs + 1 yolk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin cheese

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350 d
  • Step 2
    for crust in medium bowl - combine crust, sugar, cinnamon add butter - press flat into a 9" springform pan. set aside
  • Step 3
    for filling beat cream cheese until smooth add pumpkin puree, eggs & yolk, sour cream, sugar & spices. add flour & vanilla beat together until will combined
  • Step 4
    pour into crust.spread evenly and place in oven for 1 hour remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes cover with plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours
