Ingredients
- 1 3//4 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
- 3 ounces 8 oz each pkgs cream cheese at room temperature
- 16 ounces can pureed pumpkin
- 3 - eggs + 1 yolk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin cheese

Step 1Preheat oven 350 d

Step 2for crust in medium bowl - combine crust, sugar, cinnamon add butter - press flat into a 9" springform pan. set aside

Step 3for filling beat cream cheese until smooth add pumpkin puree, eggs & yolk, sour cream, sugar & spices. add flour & vanilla beat together until will combined

Step 4pour into crust.spread evenly and place in oven for 1 hour remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes cover with plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours
