Ingredients
- - pastry or unbaked 9 inch pie crust
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 2 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 4 ounces kraft natural swiss cheese slices, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 4 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
How To Make petites quiches

Step 1Line mini muffin pans with pastry. Combine half and half, eggs, and seasonings, mix well. Toss cheese with flour, add cheese and bacon to egg mixture. Fill muffin shells 2/3 full with egg and cheese mixture. Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 min. or until lightly browned.
