Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cups macadamia nuts (about 14 ounces)

How To Make onion and garlic macadamia nuts

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until very hot. Carefully add parsley, onion salt, sugar, lemon juice, and garlic powder, stirring until combined. Add macadamia nuts.
  • Step 2
    Cook and stir for 5 minutes. Drain nuts on paper towels; cool.
