- 1 tablespoon onion salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups macadamia nuts (about 14 ounces)

Step 1In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until very hot. Carefully add parsley, onion salt, sugar, lemon juice, and garlic powder, stirring until combined. Add macadamia nuts.
