- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups pitted green olives, drained (unstuffed type)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 5 cloves minced garlic
How To Make moroccan spiced green olives

Step 1Heat first 8 ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add olives; toss to coat.

Step 2Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 3Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 4 hours or up to 3 weeks. The longer they marinate, the better they taste.
