katherine's (me!) drunkenly delicious charosetz
I was trying to make charosetz the way my mom had, but ended up with a bit more wine in the mixture than intended. It was actually better than the original mom version, and as you can imagine, a hit as well! Very simple, very tasty.

Ingredients
- 6 macintosh apples, chopped
- 1 bottle manishewitz or malagua pesach wine
- 1 bag walnuts, chopped
- 1+ tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice concentrate
How To Make katherine's (me!) drunkenly delicious charosetz

Step 1Chop up apple into small pieces (~ 1/4") Add chopped walnuts, and entire bottle of wine. Add cinnamon and lemon juice. Allow to sit for several hours in frig before serving at the seder.
