I got this recipe from my brother in law who knows that I love spicy foods! I made them for my husband when we first met, and they're his all time favorite now! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do =]

How to Make Jalapeno Poppers

  1. Rinse jalapeno peppers and cut in half longways, cut off stems, cut out rinds (optional), take out seeds. (If you leave some of the rind in the pepper, it will make them hotter!)
  2. Stuff with cream cheese.
  3. Cut package of bacon in half. Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each pepper. Place in 2 deep cake pans.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake about 45 minutes, or until bacon is done.
  5. Enjoy! =]
