I prefer it with pita bread, whole wheat tortillas or served with crudites.
Ingredients

2 can(s)chickpeas, rinsed & drained

1/4 ctahini sesame butter
-
1/2 cwater
-
3 Tbspolive oil
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
-
3 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 Tbspcumin
How to Make Hummus
- Place all ingredients into a food processor (or blender) and process until very smooth. If too thick for your taste, add a little more water.
- Refrigerate in air tight container for 7-10 days.
